Roofing Types

There are many different types of roofing materials.
Slate, Metal, Shingles, Rubber, and Tile.
I cover all types of roofing needs, repairs, New, flat or semi-flat, and re-cover.
You name it we roof it!

New Construction

If you need new construction, an addition, or any work on your home, I can help you! I have a construction crew that no work is too large or too small! Gutters cleaned, New face lift on your bathroom or kitchen, leaky roof, No problem!
I have been in business for over 35 years.
I may not be the cheapest in town but I do the work right the first time!

Rubber Roof

We install all types of rubber roofing. E.P.D.M., P and S, etc.
Modified Bitumen, Polyglass A.P.P. etc. properly heat welded in place.
These are used on semi or flat roofs on all types of things (trailer, travel trailers, RV's, porches, houses, commercial buildings etc.)

Shingle Roof

I use high quality Owens Corning fiberglasss shingles with nothing less than a 25-year limited manufacturer warranty. If you upgrade your shingles you pay only the difference in the pricing of the upgrade of shingles. Labor cost remains the same. The shingles are "Properly" nailed in place (above the water line or the nailing line) not stapled.

All bad wood and labor to install the wood is replaced. We will however give you a rough estimate of how much the wood will cost but a factual amount can not be given until the standing shingles are removed. Any replaced fascia board is either painted or wrapped in aluminum. The 15# felt, 30# felt, or fiberglass felt is then properly installed as an underlying construction.

Slate shingles are easily repaired or replaced. I have many slates if you are missing some.

Ice Guard for roof

Ice Guard (a fiberglass/polymer that is rolled material that helps to keep a vapor barrier to protect the eaves and valleys) is included in my price. This prevents premature deterioration.

Drip Edge for the roof

The installation of a new roof is a very important part of the up-keep on your home. Many roofers don't include the (what I call) essentials of a roof properly installed. The aluminum drip edge is used at the rakes and eaves to allow water runoff to drip clear of underlying construction. I use the wider (1 1/2") flange drip edge and we replace all of the drip edge on your home when we remove the old shingles and install new shingles.
